Is it necessary to reserve a slot to participate in public hours?

For the public operation a reservation is not mandatory. You can also buy your ticket on site at the registration desk and pay cash or with EC card.
However, please register in our booking system before your visit and create a customer account. This will save you waiting time on site.

Tickets (public hours) are personalized and non-transferable.
You and your friends must each register separately and create your own customer account. The tickets can then be booked individually for the respective desired date.

You can add underage children as family members in the booking system and thus manage the booking on their behalf.

Until 4 weeks before the appointment a cancellation fee of 20,00€ per appointment is due. After that (within 4 weeks before the date) the full amount is due.
Changes and reductions because of the weather or because of under-occupancy are excluded.

Dogs are prohibited on the entire premises all year round.

In the Seehaus Restaurant, dogs may be kept on a leash.

You can take a walk with your dog around the outside of the railing. The distance is about 2,6 km and leads partly through the Kniprather forest.

You can learn water skiing at any time with us. Requirement: safe swimming.

Schnupperstunde – Trial lesson

If you have never water-skied or wakeboarded before, we recommend our trial lesson at the mini cable (Minibahn). The operator of the cable will always give you a briefing and the necessary tips until you can safely start and ride through the red buoys. Incl. water ski & life jacket
Tip: Learn to water ski first. Then the way to the wakeboard is much easier.

Participation is possible from the age of 10.

For kids we have a separate beginner offer:
Bambini course

From May to September every Saturday and Sunday at the mini cable (Minibahn).
Especially for children between 6 – 10 years. Incl. water ski, life jacket, neoprene and instructor.

If you have mastered the start and you can steer the skis or the board, then you can go for the next step:

Anfängerkurs – Beginner course

From May to September every Saturday and Sunday from 10 – 11 a.m. (During the summer vacations: daily from 10 – 11 a.m.).
Together with other beginners you will learn how to take turns on lane 1 within one hour. Equipment and instructor included.

After that we continue with our SLOW offers. Here we ride with a maximum of 28km/h, so that you can internalize what you have learned.

Public session on lane 2 or 4 (on weekends)
Sunset Session
Girls Wake Session
Kids Session (for kids up to 16 years)

After that you are fit for the public session on lane 1, Early Board and the Wake Session.

Barbecue areas can be booked in addition to an exclusive cable appointment. The barbecue area is available for a total of 4 hours from the start of the zipline date.
You can cater for your group yourself. For the transport of food and drinks you can borrow a trolley for free at the registration.

There are 2 different barbecue area sizes: standard and deluxe.
Standard barbecue sites are suitable for groups up to 35 people and cost 70,00€ for 4 hours.
Deluxe barbecue sites are suitable for groups up to 150 people and cost 140,00 – 250,00€ for 4 hours.

All barbecue areas are covered, have tables and benches and a fixed swivel barbecue. Charcoal etc. must be brought by yourself. A power connection is available at the barbecue site.

Barbecue areas can only be booked in combination with a water skiing appointment. Separately the places can not be rented.

When doing sports on our premises you have the possibility to camp for a few nights on our meadow parking lot. Please register in advance by this form.

Short-term camping

The larger camping site on our area offers only permanent pitches.

We do not have a hotel or other accommodations.

Water skiing operation takes place in any weather – exceptions are thunderstorm breaks.

A thunderstorm usually lasts 20 minutes, during this time the track operation is stopped. It is safe to stay in our launch houses even during thunderstorms.
The time of the stop will be added to the back of tickets and cable car rentals (if operationally possible) or the time will be reimbursed proportionally.

A thunderstorm is always strictly local, many thunderstorms pass to the north or south. Therefore, an exact forecast is not possible.

Our vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Cable appointments are booked directly for you. It is not possible to reserve a date or to be put on a waiting list for a specific date.
During the season (March – December) we offer an overview of free dates.

Being able to swim well is an absolute requirement to be able to water ski, as all parts of the lake have a water depth of over 2 meters.

The life jackets in the rental are impact vests, not cga life jackets.

If you are unable to attend a booked session or ticket, you can cancel your booking online. The following fees will apply:

• 25% of the price if you cancel more than 24 hours before the start of the booking.
• 75% of the price if you cancel within 24 hours before the start of the booking.
• 100% of the price if you don’t show up or if you are late.

The remaining amount will be automatically credited to your account as prepaid and can be used for the next booking.
